PARISH MAGAZINE
The joint parish magazine for Holy Trinity, Tarleton and St Mary the Virgin, Rufford has a new name -
ACROSS ASLAND
The play on words is 'A CROSS AS LAND'
This was thought of because the River Douglas which runs between Rufford and Tarleton used to be known as Asland and the land linked between (or Across) the two parishes could be the church (in the true sense of a body of people) symbolised by a cross.
If you would like a copy of the magazine each month, please contact Mrs Kathleen Spencer on 822654 or Mrs Jean Ball on 822029.
Please click here for more information about the parish magazine.
COLLECTION
The white Gift Aid envelopes in the pew shelves are for you to use if you are a taxpayer and not currently a member of our regular giving scheme. Please remember to fill in your name and address.
The coloured envelopes are for weekly giving in cash or cheque (payable to Rufford PCC) for both taxpayers (who have signed a declaration) and for non-taxpayers.
You may also give by standing order. If you would like a box of coloured envelopes or a standing order form, please ask Mrs Joan Quinlan (821466) or Mrs Charlotte Mahoney (821284).
